Just got in from seeing ROTK again. My friends and I have been obsessing over everything LOTR since the trilogy has ended. There are a ton of sound bits out there that you can get. Theres a funny song that Dom and Elijah did in chipmunk voices. Its called the halfling song. Very cool! I saw a poster in the movie theater for Troy, coming out in May. Can't wait! A little hyper after seeing it all over again. My friends found a game that Billy and Dom made up to confuse elijah, http://www.much-ado.net/tig/tig.php?p=rules Muchas divertida!!!! You'll enjoy trying to figure out what it is. Well I'm about to watch the POTC bloopers with Katie (not anything like Kate Bosworth) and Laura

If anyone of you readers hasn't gone to see ROTK, u'd better get over to theaters right now!!! Thank god for christmas, I got POTC everything. The dvd w/the book, a poster, buttons, its all about that. I copied an article from eonline:  It took only one Lord of the Rings flick to turn young English actor Orlando Bloom into a heartthrob. The Return of the King brings back his Elf archer Legolas, but Bloom has already cemented his status as a superstar swashbuckler with Pirates of the Caribbean, and he has signed up for even more swordplay (next year's Troy and the Crusades epic Kingdom of Heaven).  As it conquered the pop-culture landscape, the Rings trilogy launched a fellowship of new, unorthodox hunks. Now, Bloom--along with Viggo Mortensen, Ian McKellen and Elijah Wood--dishes on the joys being such delicious man flesh, the end of the journey and the future of Middle-earth. Where does Legolas fit into the overall scheme of Rings?
I felt so lucky to play this cool little Elf. He really represents the eyes and the ears of the Fellowship. The Elves are a race of incredibly graceful and angelic, wise and yet humble, noble beings, so it was really an honor to play one. Especially an Elf like Legolas, who goes on a journey from this high-status being to becoming a part of the Fellowship and a real character. One of the best moments in Return of the King is when Legolas single-handedly takes down a giant battle oliphaunt (aka Mūmakil). It was so much fun to shoot that sequence. I did it in pickup, so it was only about six months ago. It was three days of climbing sandbags, flying around on the wire and battling stunt guys. But I had to have a serious talk with my digital double--make sure his motivation was just right. Legolas is so balanced in that fight it's actually funny. Must've been kind of ironic, too, since you're always falling off of stuff and breaking bones.Totally ironic. He's so far more graceful and poised than I am. Has playing him made you any more coordinated?I hope that's one of the things that's rubbed off on me, for sure.   Graceful or not, you're one of the bigger sex symbols to come out of a movie series that manufactures sex symbols like Saruman manufactures Orcs. These characters were so well written by Tolkien, and the actors that Peter [Jackson] chose to play the roles--my fellow castmates--have all got great integrity and a great sense of commitment to each role. I think that comes through in a very attractive kind of way. What has it felt like personally?
It's been quite a trip. I'm very blessed to have had that whole kind of experience, but I'm still trying to find my stride, to be honest. I try not to think about it, but I'm very grateful to the fans, I've got to tell you. Truth is, I'm an actor; we make movies or we act in plays because we want the performances to be seen. So, fans are why we do it, and the fans of Lord of the Rings and my fans seem quite respectful. They seem to be really into the work, and it's not about celebrity for me, so that's quite rewarding. And the movies themselves? Pete really entered a whole new territory with these films. They're fantasy films, yet based so much in reality with a crossover of visual effects and special effects and costumes and incredible CG characters, along with great actors playing roles that each have an arc and, so, feel very real. So, he's found this middle ground, in Middle Earth, which is a perfect blend.
I've been hearing tons of rumors about Orli, its been said that he's going to be playing a new kind person in movies, and joining some of the greatest in the Bond movies. We can only hope. I said before that there was going to be a sequal to POTC, but I'm not sure its just speculation at the moment. I'm hoping! Orlando just ranked #19 on the sexiest men of 2003 Not quite sure when Troy is coming out, lets hope its soon. I'm working on the new site, I dont have it up just yet, b/c I wanna make sure that everythings perfect, but keep checking back soon. If you go by GQ, you'll see a new article of Orlando, he's on the cover!!! Oh and by the way HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!!!!

Ok ok, I know, I've gotten behind on all of the updates and stuff. I've just been so busy I hope that our Orlando followers aren't getting too bored w/the site. I'm trying to find more pictures that I can add to the pic. only site. Well onto the news; POTC won movie of the year!!!! YAY! very happy about that. and here's an excerpt from www.eonline.com about the "relationship status" of Orlando and Kate Bosworth.
"I swear, Kate Bosworth and Orlando Bloom would sooner take a full-page ad declaring their kissy-poo status. First, everybody's buzzing about the two byoots--are they or aren't they?Second, last weekend at the Lili Claire benefit in Bev Hills (read on), the two clearly arrived together, but they did the red carpet so separately, he a few minutes behind. When asked about working with Kate, a seemingly innocent Q, Orlando glared, spun around on his heel and stalked off--to catch up with Kate, I must add.Third, DreamWorks threw a little advance shindig for its upcoming Robert Luketic comedy Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! (on which I'll have more next week). Looks funny. Probably will make zillions with hotties Kate, Josh Duhamel and the tart-tongued Topher Grace. But fer the moment, the only tonsil ac-shun I'm interested in would be that of Kate 'n' Orlando. I approached Kate for the Cupid-kill. After all, sources out the wowin' wazoo (always off-record sorts) insist the twosome are too-too together. After establishing that "others" did Ms. Kate's Piggly Wiggly research for her (K.B. plays a supermarket checker in Tad), I asked just what the astonishingly attractive 19-year-old star of Blue Crush would do to win a date with the 25-year-old Lord elf and Pirates of the Caribbean cutie? She was speechless. She tried to form some words but couldn't. Muffled sounds came out. Maybe she was a tad flummoxed--not sure. Kate seemed cornered (I never wished that, I assure you), so I politely said she could hit me if she wanted to.If fists could be words, Ms. B. suddenly became rather verbose."May I quote you?" I asked."Yes," she squealed, smiling through the trials and tribulations of becoming a major Hollywood player. That girl's gaga--mark my bruised shoulder."" May I say that I'm very jealous regardless of wether they're a couple or not. All the attention! I promis that there will be new news coming very soon, but I need to do more research. Like watching the DVD continuously like I'm doing now. That way I can pick up any clues as to how he thinks. And what might be going on. More new later.

Sorry, I did go shopping the very day it came out, but I've decided that I'm going to wait until ROTK and get the 10 dvd set or something like that. I'd much rather do that, and just borrow it from a friend in the mean time. I did see it though, and it was just like I remembered it. There was some behinds the scene stuff, but there wasn't as much as I would have liked. Just basic things. And I think Orlando was interviewed in only one of them.

I've been on vacation, and I just got back. Tomorrow morning I'm going out to get TTT on video! I can't believe the trilogy is almost over. It's so sad. Oh well. Orlando will have just as great roles in different movies. One of my friends showed me an article a while ago, but now she can't find it. It was new news to me. Apparently, the guy we thought was Orlando's father really wasn't. I forget who it is, but I'll find it somewhere. Have no fear about that. I'll report on all the extra cool stuff the second I'm finished watching it. I hope they have deleted scenes, but the movie itself is great in itself. Well I'm off to find more stuff. Updates later.

I did lots of research last night, and when I tried to sign on to update things, but the server was down here. But back to the research. POTC got over 46 million or was it billion dollars at the box office durring the opening weekend. And believe it or not, there is going to be a sequal to POTC comming out next summer!!!!! I'm hoping it will be just as good as this one. There are sooooo many Orlando Bloom things on ebay, I checked it out, pages and pages of signed memorabelia, and all kinds of things, if you want to start collecting things, you might want to check it out. I'm planning to do more research tonight, and I'm going to try and talk to Allison sometime soon to see what she's up to.

So much for updates all the time. But back to Orlando news. POTC was a great movie in my opinion. I went with a group of friends opening night, the theater was packed, and we even had a few pirates in the audience. Some people even went as far as to have patches over their eyes and have peg legs. I dont want to ruin the movie for any of you who have not seen it yet. But I thought it was great and I think I may even go see it again. He's been popping up all over the place lately. MTV a couple of times. I've been away alot lately and everytime he comes on tv I have a couple of friends calling me to tell me to turn on the tv. And somehow I keep missing him. TTT comes out on video if I'm not mistaken on the 27 of August. Sorry if its not the right date. There have been rumors lately that Kate Bosworth and he have been missing premiers just to spend time with each other. I dont know if this is even true, but I'm hoping not. I've seen loads of articles about him in YM, Teen People, Seventeen, and even Newsweek.(my parents read the news, I just look for movie reviews)
I've heard that filming for Troy is going to be wrapping up soon. Ned Kelley gang is due to come out to theaters sometime soon possibly next year. I have to go to a drama audition now, so more updates later!

HAPPY EASTER!!! This is Alanna, last night I just happened to go to the movies, and i saw the trailer for POTC (Pirates of the Caribean) and it looks like it might be kinda creepy, but if you've watched ne thing rated R, you shouldn't have a problem with this. Its due out July 9, and i plan to be first in line to buy tickets. Orlando is also staring in Helen of Troy the movie coming out May of 2004. He is Prince Paris, if you haven't read the Odyssey, you might want to, very helpful to know whats going on. There is another movie on USA tonight at 8PM/7C, its another way to find out the story. I thought that Orlando was going to be in this one, so I had my friend stick a tape in the VCR and get ready to record it, but we'll have it anyways. Allison and I are working on setting up a new site just for pics. the two sites will be connected, but this one is getting too crowded, so keep checking back this site will be for articles and information, the other just devoted to pictures. We're trying our best to make this a tribute to Orlando, and if you have any suggestions, we'd be more than happy to have them to make this a better site. Thanks so much, and again HAPPY EASTER!!!!

I saw it!!! It was not what I expected, but it was still pretty good. Orli. does a very cool stunt, he slides down some stairs on a piece of armour, and is shooting ppl at the same time. The friends I went w/didn't like him at first, but now he's their second favorite character. Still better than not knowing who he is. lol. Now all we need, is to do, is see the third, and it will all be over. Right now, I'm going to look for some new stuff before dinner, so check back soon.

I still unfortunately haven't been to see the TTT. I've been trying to go, but I still haven't! There is an article in Newsweek about the entire cast of LOTR. There have been a few t.v. reviews of TTT lately. One on the W.B., and there is one on Bravo as well. I've been looking through some of the articles in magazines, and the characters are becoming very well known and popular. Vigo Mortenson, (Aragon) was on RANK yesterday as one of the 25 hottest bachelors.

TODAY!!!! LOTR came out at midnight last night, and I almost weezled my way into going, and it turns out, going is going to be one of my early christmas presents. If anyone who has seen it would like to tell me how great it is, I'd be willing to listen intently.
